Our trained and specialised yoga teachers offer tailored yoga practice to support further healing, processing and somatic work.

Clinical Supervision
Prue offers clinical supervision to other professionals in a caring, open and non-judgemental space, with a reflective, growth-focused emphasis. Supervision can help you gain a deeper understanding of your work with clients, navigate ethical or legal issues, work through safety concerns and prioritise your own self care. Prue also provides education and supervision in sex therapy and couples therapy.
